Where are the Good Citizen headquarters? And where is the apparel made?

We are located in Toronto, Canada. All of our designs are created in house and our apparel is locally sourced and printed. We support local suppliers and printers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

On average, orders take between 2-3 weeks to arrive to you, depending on location. We do our best to package and ship your order out within a week. You will be notified by email when your items have shipped.

How to purchase a gift card?

Our gift cards are entirely digital, not physical. You will have the choice of receiving the gift card to your own email, or send it directly to the email of the recipient you bought it for. All gift cards are redeemable at checkout of your purchase.

If you’re looking to purchase a gift card, you will need to check out and input the relevant information first before going back to the product page and adding anything else to your cart.

What’s the Good Citizen return policy? Can I get a refund?

How should I take care of my t shirt?

Our apparel comes pre washed by the supplier to ensure shrinkage is at a minimum and the garment stays soft throughout its life cycle. You can machine wash your garment – we suggest you wash them inside out. Machine dry on tumble or hang dry to maintain the design integrity. Our shirts are made from super soft 7.2-oz/lnyd, 60/40 combed ringspun cotton/polyester sueded jersey.
